Our EKRA-compatible 380mm SMT stencil wiping rolls feature a high-performance fabric composed of a proprietary blend of virgin rayon and polyester fibers, engineered for superior cleaning performance in critical stencil printing applications.

The nonwoven structure, bonded with a durable polymeric resin, offers a unique open-void fiber matrix that effectively captures solder paste, flux, and adhesive residues at the micro level.

Designed with anti-static properties, these wiper rolls help reduce the risk of electrostatic discharge (ESD) onto sensitive solder traces and components, especially when printing on the reverse side of loaded PCBs.
